At Heritage Insurance Group, we work as a team! We have monthly meetings to facilitate communication between the staff. We discuss underwriting changes, new products, and other topics relevant to the agency. By working together, we provide excellent customer service which is our Number 1 goal. Our customers are very important to us.

| Kim founded Heritage Insurance Group in 1986. She serves as a member of Travelers Pennsylvania Agents Council and has been an Elite Agency with the company since 1998. Also, she is a member of The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Lehigh Valley, serving as a member of the community service team. |

| Lorie has been a licensed insurance agent since 1997, and is currently working towards the nationally recognized CISR Designation. She has a broad range of experience in Office Management, including serving as the Assistant Manager at Heritage Insurance Group for the past 3 years. Her background also includes experience in handling HR issues and Accounting. She is a very caring and thorough agent. Like the rest of our agents, she will go the extra mile for our clients in helping them meet their insurance needs. |

| Heidi obtained her insurance license in 2005 and has been serving customers at Heritage Insurance Group since 2006. She is licensed in Property and Casualty lines of Insurance. Her work at the agency includes claims advice, responding to customers inquiries and solving their issues as well as writing new policies. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and being a mother to her young daughter. |

| Beth joined Heritage in April of 2007 as Administrative Assistant. She has been in the Administrative/Clerical field for almost 20 years. Beth is very conscientious and loves to help people. This is her first position in the insurance field, and is currently working on getting her insurance license. |
